Zachary C. Ewing

Zachary C. Ewing is an Associate in the Austin office of Reid Collins & Tsai LLP.  His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation.  Prior to joining the firm, Zack worked as a litigation associate at the Los Angeles and Washington, D.C. offices of O’Melveny & Myers, where he worked on false claims actions, criminal and government investigations, securities fraud actions, and consumer class actions.  Following law school, Zack served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Juan R. Sánchez of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, in Philadelphia.  While clerking, he was a Teaching Assistant at Temple University Fox School of Business, where he developed curriculum and delivered classroom lectures to undergraduate students enrolled in Introduction to Business Law.

Zack received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Constitutional Law.  While in law school, Zack briefed and argued a pro bono habeas corpus appeal before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, in connection with the school’s Federal Appellate Litigation Externship.  Prior to law school, Zack taught middle school English and History as a Teach For America Corps member in Houston.  Zack received his B.A. from Texas A&M University.
